An award-winning novelist in the Chinese language, Tan-Ying Chou teaches at Université Bordeaux-Montaigne. She has translated Raymond Queneau into Chinese, and Long Yingzong and Yang Ze (with Mélie Chen) into French. In 2024, she co-translated with Isabelle Rabut Les vertes années by Eileen Chang. One of her short stories has been translated by Mélie Chen and published in the anthology Taipei, histoires au coin de la rue (L’Asiathèque).
